Condition

Executed on thin buff coloured wove paper, not laid down, attached to the overmount along the top edge. There is a band of paper running round the periphery of the sheet to reinforce the edges. There is some staining to the top of the right edge, to the bottom right corner and 3 small spots of staining to the right of the madonna 's head. Apart from some time staining and light waving to the sheet, this work is in good condition. Colours: The paper tone is warmer and the colours are strident in the original.
