Condition

Canvas is laid down on masonite. Some craquelure particularly in face. 1 inch loss in blue pigment upper right and associated paint lifting. A few small spots of paint loss on the hair. The cracks in surface appear to be inherent to the technique. Under UV: inpainting on the arm visible with naked eye; possible retouches to the face, but difficult to distinguish from original paint as surface is unvarnished and pigments fluoresce.
