Condition
The board is very slightly warped, but stable. There is a 2cm. area of retouching to the lower left corner, a 5cm. intermittent line towards the lower right edge and a 4cm. line of retouching towards the centre of the left edge.There is a 1cm. sq. area of retouching to the upper left corner and a 4cm. line of retouching towards the centre of the upper edge. All retouchings are visible under UV light. There are scattered specks of fluorescence to the right of the lamp post and to the lower right quadrant, both possibly retouchings and visible under UV light. Apart from a 1cm. sq. area of paint loss with an associated support loss to the centre of the upper edge, this work is in fair condition.
Colours: Overall fairly accurate, although the roof tops are less red and the colours more subtle in the original.
