Catalogue Note

Upon its debut in 1986, this model became the world's first automatic tourbillon wristwatch and also the thinnest wristwatch to bear these complications. Furthermore, its manufacture represented the first instance of a tourbillon constructed from titanium.

This model is illustrated in Brunner, G., Pfeiffer-Belli, C. and Wehrli, M., Audemars Piguet, pp. 274-5.
