The movement is running, however it may require service soon. The dial is very clean with no visible marks or hairlines. The watch is in virtually unworn condition. The strap of this wristwatch is made from an endangered species; please refer to Important Notices for further information.

Together with Patek Philippe Attestation, Contrôl office certificate and booklets within a leather folder, as well as a fitted presentation box. Further accompanied by a 150th Anniversary commemorative coin.

Ref. 3960 was among several limited edition commemorative models produced in 1989 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Patek Philippe. It became a favorite among collectors for its allusions to the officer's watches produced in the early 20th century, with its hinged back, enamel dial and screw-set lugs.
