Catalogue Note
Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives confirming production with diamond-set dial and bezel in 1982 and sale on April 21st of that year.
Production for Ref. 4508 began in 1981 and continued for approximately five years thereafter. For this model, Patek Philippe contracted a jeweler in Pforzheim, Germany, to create the bracelets. According to our research, this represents the first time an example from this reference has appeared at auction. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time the present example has been offered for public sale.
