• each with cal. 1126 automatic jeweled lever movement, mono-metallic balance • enamel dial composed of two parts: the upper part showing a mpa charting Ferdinand Magellan's and Zheng's exploits; fan-form sector for wandering hours and minutes • 18k yellow gold case with downturned lugs, back secured by 6 screws • case, dial and movement signed • with an 18k yellow gold VC folding buckle
Condition
Beautiful enamel dials! Automatic movements are running while cataloguing. Both watches of the set of two do not have significant signs of use. Enamel dials appear nice and intact. Cases slightly tarnished but can be cleaned. Back of cases numbered '47040' '798640' and '47070' '798574' respectively. **The leather strap of this wristwatch is made of endangered species, please refer to important notices for further information**.

Accompanied by two Vacheron Constantin Certificates, two sets of Instruction Manual, a disc and two loops. Further accompanied by two presentation boxes with outer card boxes.
A salute to famous explorers. Vacheron Constantin launched the first two figures in the Patrimony series just before the 250th anniversary. The Patrimony design is dedicated to history's foremost explorers and voyagers. The present set of two are devoted to the Portuguese navigator Fernand de Magellan and Chinese mariner Zheng.
