  • WIDTH 50 MM
• cal. 2385 automatic nickel lever movement, 37 jewels, mono-metallic balance, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, 21k rimmed rotor • black hobnail patterned dial with luminescent Arabic numerals and hands, three subsidiary dials indicating seconds, 20-minute and 6-hour registers, aperture for regatta countdown • stainless steel hexagonal case secured by 8 screws, screw-down crown, back secured by 8 screws • case, dial and movement signed • with a rubber strap and stainless steel AP folding buckle 

Condition

Automatic movement running while cataloguing. Dial looks good and clean. Case with very light scuffs from wear, but hardly noticeable and visible with a loupe. Overall the watch is in very good condition. Back of the watch numbered 'No. 1018' and 'F 52278'.

To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Royal Oak in 2003, Audemars Piguet launched the Royal Oak Offshore Alinghi team, dedicated to the Swiss sailing team Alinghi, winner of the America's Cup in 2003. This watch was produced in a limited series of 1250 pieces, the present lot is numbered 1018.
