Condition

Manual winding movement running and chronograph functions operational while cataloguing. Numerals with some paint loss, but dial looks good.Case with light scuffs throughout due to wear. This specific model is most sought after due to its limited production delivered to the French Navy.

Catalogue Note

The present wristwatch is the rarest example of all Type XX military chronographs by Breguet. Most of them were produced for the pilots of the French Air Forces. Only 500 examples were delivered to the elite pilots of the French Air Forces stationed on aircraft carriers the so-called 'Aeronautique Navale'.

The Breguet archives confirm the present watch was sold on January 13th, 1960.
