Reference 3445 was manufactured from 1961 until 1981. Examples in platinum are extremely rare. Our research of vintage Patek Philippe catalogues has found no mention of the reference's availability in platinum which may indicate that it was only available by special request.
An example of the reference is illustrated in Huber, M., Banbery, A., Patek Philippe Wristwatches, Second Edition, p.220-221.
