Catalogue Note

Together with original presentation case and spare stainless steel Rolex buckle.

Ref. 4767, was the first of the Oyster triple calendar chronograph models that Rolex produced and is one of the most complicated. It is commonly known as the 'Jean-Claude Killy', after the French Olympic and World Cup skiing champion, who now sits on the board of Rolex S.A. Ref. 4767 was only in production for a short time before being replaced by a similar dato-compax model, Ref. 6036.

The combination of triple calendar and chronograph is especially desirable in today's collectors' market. The fact that this model was produced in smaller numbers makes this series even rarer.
