Condition

The movement is running while cataloguing. Stunning dial with diamond markers. Case with light scuffs throughout but sharp to the edge and with visible hallmarks. Beautiful piece in overall good condition.

Catalogue Note

Accompanied by a Certificate of Origin confirming production of this model with applied diamond set indexes and noting the watch's orignial sale through Beyer in Zurich. Also with an Extract from the Archives confirming production in 1963 with diamond set dial and sale on 8th March the same year.

Only four examples of reference 3445 in white gold are currently known with diamond set numerals. The model was manufactured from 1961 until 1981 and was the first calendar wristwatch produced by the company in series. An example of the reference is illustrated in Huber, M., Banbery, A., Patek Philippe Wristwatches, Second Edition, p.220-221.
