Overall fair condition. The shade with approximately 45-50 cracks to the glass that are scattered throughout, some of which are concentrated to an impact area. There is a small ¼ inch triangular chip missing from a piece of glass located on the bottom border of the shade. There is also a minute triangular chip out of the adjacent border tile. There are some limited areas of leading separation around the top aperture of the shade. The shade is out of round and sits slightly askew on the riser and would benefit from adjustment. The base with a deep rich brown-green patina, with one small area of patina loss to the foot of the base approximately 1 ¼ x ½ inch. Some rubbing and oxidization to the patina consistent with age and use. The central knop to the period finial cap is detached and would benefit from soldering. With replaced sockets. The lamp is presently wired with a European electrical plug. The shade displays a beautiful and particularly artistic selection of glass, and would benefit from a professional and sensitive restoration.
