oval with slightly domed cover and base, the latter finely engraved with a circumcision scene, the cover with a high priest anointing a king surrounded by numerous figures in a classical building, the interior engraved with the name Jn Brander, original marks mostly removed or obscured, pseudo eighteenth century marks added
