Canvas not lined. The surface is stable and in fairly good condition, except for some craquelure at center, particularly on the white wall and the standing figure; soiled varnish. Under UV light: streaky varnish; possible old inpainting on the chair at center; newer inpainting in two spots at lower left corner.
