centered with a depiction of the Tower of David against a light blue background and appropriately titled in Hebrew,  inscribed in the central arch and borders from Psalm 137:5-6  "If I forget you, O Jerusalem, Let my right hand forget her cunning. If I do not remember thee, let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I do not set Jerusalem above my highest joy"
