Description

The openwork frame decorated on both sides with interlaced sprays of florets and leaves, set with rose-cut diamonds and cushion-shaped rubies and applied with translucent emerald green enamel, enclosing a pair of hinged lenses, supported on a gold rope chain, length 24 ½ inches.  

Condition

Some losses to enamel. Gross weight approximately 43.7 dwts. Stones are of decorative quality. Chain is possibly associated with lorgnette, no apparent marks but jump ring on chain is stamped 14K.
