Description
The bracelet and matching brooch decorated with 6 oval medallions of micromosaics depicting Muses with their corresponding attributes against black grounds, the wirework frames of conforming shape enhanced with scrolls at the borders, bracelet length 7½ inches.
Condition
Both pieces have Italian marks for 18 karat gold (1815-1870) on bracelet tongue and on pin stem. Gold is tarnished/discolored. The micromosaics are in good condition. Backed with red fabric on the bracelet, but deficient of fabric on brooch. Bracelet fitted with safety chain
