18 karat gold, diamond, blue topaz and hardstone elephant pendant-brooch, Italy

Modeled in profile, decorated with oval blue topaz and small round cabochons of blue hardstone, the tusks of white hardstone, further set with 26 round diamonds weighing approximately 1.45 carats,  stamped Italy. 

There is a retractable pendant loop at the top. Diamonds are approximately G-I color, VS-SI clarity. Gross weight approximately 52 dwts. The blue topaz are a medium deep slightly greenish blue and are eye clean. Some slight discoloration to the texturing of the gold in a few places, but in good condition overall.
