The first designed as hoops decorated with 110 round diamonds weighing approximately 4.25 carats against a background of black enamel, mounted in 18 karat gold, signed Marina B. and MB, France, numbered F5089, maker's marks, French assay marks; the second pair composed of articulated clusters of coins wtihin gold collets, mounted in 18 karat gold, signed Marina B. and MB, numbered F5059.
Condition
Group consists of HOOP EARCLIPS, diamonds approximately F-G color and VS-SI clarity. Enamel is intact other than a few fine scratches. Signed Marina B France, with French hallmarks and maker's mark. C 1986 and numbered F5089. COIN EARCLIPS, Italian made with various registration marks as well as C1987 as date, numbered F5059. "Coins" with sun motifs on fronts, backs are blank. In good condition overall.
