Set in the center with 2 round diamonds together weighing approximately 1.00 carat, within squared panels and surmounts pavé-set with small round diamonds of yellow hue weighing  approximately 3.35 carats and small round near colorless diamonds weighing approximately .80 carat, mounted in 18 karat white and yellow gold, signed Gaston. 

Excellent condition. The center diamonds are approximately G-H color, VS-SI1. The smaller near colorless diamonds are approximately H-I color, VS-SI clarity; the lively medium yellow diamonds are approximately VS-SI clarity (not tested for natural origin of color).
