Description

The single strand composed of 23 baroque cultured pearls of natural dark gray color measuring approximately 19.7 by 16.3 mm. to 15.0 by 13.6 mm., completed by a ball clasp of 18 karat white gold set with a band of small round diamonds, length 17½ inches. 

Condition

The pearls are a deep greenish gray color with overtones of pink, lavender and blue (the color in-person is a bit "warmer" than indicated by the catalogue illustration with a hint of taupe in the body color). Good luster for the type of pearl, with usual noduling and wrinkling of skins. The diamonds are approximately I-J color and VS-SI clarity. In good condition.
