- Van Cleef & Arpels
Each designed as a flowerhead with petals of carved turquoise, the centers set with clusters of round diamonds, mounted in 18 karat gold, signed VCA, made in France, brooch numbered NY 1K71.93, earclips numbered NY 3V487-96, assay marks.
Condition
The turquoise is bright and evenly colored, with slight variations in color from petal to petal (slightly lighter in color than pictured in the body of the catalogue, more similar to the color depicted on the cover photograph). Minor chipping to the edges of the petals on the brooch, and more significant chipping to the petals on the earclips. The diamonds are approximately G-H color and VS clarity. Brooch signed VCA Made in France and numbered NY1K71.93 and the earclips are both signed VCA Made in France and numbered NY 3V487-96.
