Description

The triple-strand necklace, circa 1950, composed of 94 jade beads measuring approximately 9.4 mm., completed by a jade plaque carved with a bird and flowers, mounted in gold, length 15 inches, signed Verdura; the clips formed of similar carved and pierced jade plaques within 18 karat gold architectural-style frames, signed Webb, may be hooked together vertically. Together with 11 extra beads.

Condition

NECKLACE: The jade beads and plaque are mottled in color, are a nice match to each other. Signed Verdura on the reverse of the clasp. CLIPS: The clips are also mottled in color, and are a slightly paler shade than the necklace. Both are signed Webb. They can be hooked together vertically to make an interesting pendant. All pieces are in good condition. Accompanied by 11 extra beads.
