Description
The oval pendant centring on a sapphire intaglio depicting the profile of Cesar, within a frame millegrain-set with single-cut diamonds, to a further border of seed pearls.
Condition
Sapphire intaglio pale to medium blue, surface reaching feather to nose, frame with some pearls deficient.
