- IVORY, SEED PEARL, GOLD
Comprising: a necklace of swag design, centring on a series of five painted miniatures on ivory each depicting a cherub to a surround of seed pearls within a rope work border, to a series of fretwork links, embellished to the front with trace link swags accented with seed pearls, length approximately 430mm, French assay marks, together with a pair of pendent earrings en suite, later clip fittings, French assay marks.

Stamped with French assay marks for 18ct gold, these may have been added when alteration to jewel took place, miniatures in good condition all with some dust and dirt beneath glass, one link to left of central plaque detached and connecting bail broken, four pendant loops to base of necklace (and earrings) possibly for additional linking now deficient, miniatures from earrings possibly came from the necklace, alterations with later clip fittings.
