Description
Comprising: a brooch of flower head design, the textured petals embellished with brilliant-cut diamonds, signed Cartier Paris, French assay and maker's marks, case by Cartier Paris; together with a brooch of tassel design, the knotted surmount terminating in three articulated strands each set with a graduated series of brilliant-cut diamonds, French assay marks and makers marks, brooch fitting detachable.
Condition
Cartier Brooch: Stamped with French assay marks for 18 carat gold and Depose to underside of pin. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.40 - 1.65 carats, estimated colour H/I, estimated clarity VS. Safety lock.
Tassel Brooch: Stamped with French assay marks for 18 carat gold. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.30 - 1.60 carats, estimated colour I, estimated clarity VS on average. Tassels well articulated. Brooch fitting detachable probably to allow it to be worn as a pendant. Scratches to mount consistent with age and wear. Both brooches in very good condition.
