Description
Comprising: a ring of bombé design centring on a cluster of brilliant-cut diamonds to flower head motifs centring on a facetted ruby, size H½, signed Cartier Ltd and numbered, British import marks for London, 1968, case by Cartier, London,1960s, together with a ring set to the centre with an oval pink topaz within a textured surround accented with brilliant-cut and marquise-shaped diamonds, size K, 1970s.
Condition
Cartier ring: Numbered 116669. Stamped with makers marks JC. Rubies well matched in size and colour, two stones very abraded. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.40 - 1.50 carats, bright and lively. Band with scratches consistent with age and wear.
Ring Probably Grima: Pink topaz very low saturation of colour, length approximately 18.55mm. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.35 - 1.45 carats, of mixed colours. Band with signs of normal wear.
Both rings in overall good condition.
