Description

Claw-set to the centre with an octagonal spinel weighing 8.24 carats within a surround set with marquise-shaped and baguette diamonds, size N, French assay and maker's marks.

Condition

Verbal stating that the spinel was found to be natural with no indications of treatment. Stamped with French assay marks for platinum, makers marks indistinct. Sizing band. Spinel an orangy red hue, good clarity. Diamonds bright and lively. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.60 - 1.90 carats. Scratches to band consistent with wear. In good condition.
