GEM-SET, ENAMEL AND DIAMOND BROOCH

Designed as a stylised tree collet-set with oval moonstones the branches decorated with black enamel, to a geometric motif centring on a step-cut aquamarine, turquoise tablets and highlighted with variously shaped diamonds.

Moonstones with adularescence and some typical inclusions, some scratched to surface. Aquamarine a very light blue measuring approximately 17.9 x 8.25 x 6.4mm. Turquoise with pyrite inclusions, possibly stained, untested, one cracked. Diamonds bright and lively. Some losses to black enamel branches. Loops so it can be worn as a pendant. Scratches and indentations to mount consistent with use. Tarnish to reverse, could benefit from attention by a professional jeweller. Pin fitting a little loose could benefit from the attachment of a safety catch. Viewed as seen. In overall good condition.
