Description

Comprising: an open work plaque brooch, millegrain-set with circular-cut and baguette diamonds, highlighted with two larger millegrain collet-set stones; an open work stylised bow brooch, centring on a cut-cornered step-cut emerald and millegrain-set with rose-cut diamonds, and a pierced diamond set clip of shield design, case by Lacloche Fres, 15 Rue De La Paix, Paris, part illustrated.

Condition

Open work plaque brooch; Estimated total diamond weight approximately 5.50 - 6.00 carats, of mixed colours and clarities, I/J colour on average, SI/I clarity on average. Secure fittings, in overall good condition. Open work stylised bow brooch; central emerald of very slightly bluish green hue, typical inclusions visible under 10x magnification, very secure clasp, in overall good condition. Pierced diamond-set clip; Estimated total diamond weight approximately 4-4.5 carats, one replacement table-cut stone, mixed colours and clarities, I/J colour on average, SI/I clarity on average, slight tarnish to the reverse of the clip, in overall good condition. Case by LaCloche Freres; slight scuffing to the top and base consistent with age, velvet interior discoloured, in overall good condition.
