CULTURED PEARL, RUBY AND DIAMOND NECKLACE

Designed as two rows of graduated cultured pearls measuring from approximately 6.7 to 9.4mm, to a clasp of stylised flower head design set with circular-cut rubies and diamonds, length approximately 405mm.

Estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.80-1.00 carat, bright stones. Rubies well matched in bodycolour, of slightly purplish-pink hue, moderately strong saturation of colour. Considerable abrasions and surface reaching inclusions to surface facets of most rubies. Typical inclusions under x10 magnification. Cultured pearls of white to slightly yellow in bodycolour. Round to off round on average. Evidence of cultivation marks, low lustre. Secure clasp. In overall good condition.
