Description
Comprising: a ring of cluster design, centring on a step-cut emerald to a border of marquise- and circular-cut diamonds, size Q; the other ring of stylised swirl design, comprising graduated circular-cut diamonds and marquise-shaped emeralds, size N½, maker's marks for Asprey, British Hallmarks for London, 1976.
Condition
Cluster ring with indistinct numbering and evidence of re-sizing. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.40-1.60 carats, estimated colour I-J, estimated clarity VS-SI. Emerald of slightly yellowish-green hue, slight to moderate saturation of colour. Typical inclusions visible under x10 magnification. In overall good condition.
Stylised swirl ring stamped A&CoLtd and 750 for 18 carat gold to inner shank. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.40-1.60 carats, estimated colour H-I, estimated clarity VS on average. Emeralds of slightly yellowish-green to slightly bluish-green hue, slight saturation of colour. Typical inclusions visible under x10 magnification. In good condition.
