Description
The rectangular black silk exterior centring on a 'tutti frutti' clasp designed as a jardiniere composed of a ruby bead to a carved emerald surmount, decorated with a black enamel border and highlighted with rose-cut diamonds, opening to reveal two main compartments and four smaller pockets, measurements approximately : length 227mm, width 158mm, depth from 12mm to 47mm, signed Cartier Ltd. London.
Condition
Some slight wear to the black silk on the corners and edges, otherwise in overall good condition. Clasp in good condition with two small rose-cut diamond deficient from base of ruby, ruby and emerald with fine abrasions to surface.
