Description
Designed as a graduated series of mixed-cut sapphires within stylised Fleur-de-Lys claw-settings, length approximately 360mm.
Condition
Sapphires a light to medium light slightly violetish blue to blue, with weak to moderate saturation, various sizes and cuts, typical inclusions visible with magnification, some displaying inclusions such as silk, dolomite inclusions and cavities. Several with abraded facet junctions and small nicks, few with surface reaching fractures. Principal sapphire measuring approximately 12.0mm x 10.3mm x 9.25mm, estimated to weigh approximately 10.74 carats. Smallest sapphire measuring approximately 6.8mm x 5.4mm x 4.2mm, estimated to weigh approximately 1.45 carats. Heavy weighing approximately 65.5 grams. Clasp secure with safety chain. Mounts with scratches consistent with age and wear. In very good condition.
