Description

Designed as a series of collet-set opals, interspersed with white and blue enamel scrolls embellished with cushion and pear-shaped rubies, highlighted throughout with circular-cut diamonds, suspending a pendant of similar design, length approximately 390mm.

Condition

Mounted in gold. Enamel with some small restoration in pendant, otherwise in very good condition. Rubies of various sizes, medium purplish (pinkish) red, typical inclusions visible with a 10x lens. Opals well matched on the whole, one cracked. Diamonds bright and lively. Traces of solder to reverse, not noticeable when worn. Later back chain. In very good condition.
