ouvrant par deux tiroirs sans traverse, à décor de marqueterie de bois de rose, dans un filet en arabesques et enroulements ; ornementation de bronzes dorés à décor de feuilles d'acanthe, fleurs et rocaille ; les pieds terminés par quatre sabots en bronze doré ; dessus de marbre brèche violette (rapporté)

Condition

overall condition is fine; the veneer with traces of previous and patched restoration; needs to be recoloured. Slightly discolored due to sun light; the giltbronze with stains in places ; pretty chasing and gilding ; marble top with scratches (replaced).
