Condition

Good condition overall with minor surface dust. A few small scratches to the surface above head. Minor chipped to the sleeve of left shoulder. Minor wear to the giltwood frame.

Catalogue Note

Ce portrait a pu être identifié par Storelli grâce à une inscription au crayon sur le médaillon au château de Blois. Descendant d'une famille noble, Suzanne Jacqueline Poupardin épousa Athanase-Etienne-Louis Perrinet de Faugnes, seigneur du château de Thauvenay près de Sancerre, et percepteur pour les Flandres, le Hainaut et l'Artois de 1773 à 1785.
