Several fine hairline cracks to the surface of the terracotta, especially to his face and around his neck. A few minor chips to the edges of the collar and the sleeve of the right shoulder, as can be seen on the photograph. An old retouched restoration to the lower left part of his drapery. A good marble base with a few cracks and chips to the edges. Very decorative bust, in good condition overall.
