Description

  • height 10 in.; width 9 1/4 in.
  • 25 cm, 23.5 cm
the bulbous body with tall slender neck fitted with an ormolu border and a curved ormolu handle cast as a branch incorporating leaf tips, the cylindrical base fitted with a milles-raies plinth; the ewer decorated with dragons, phoenix birds and Chinese character inscriptions in red and gilt on a white ground.  Restorations.
