Description

  • height 15 1/2 in.; width 17 in.
  • 39 cm; 42 cm
each tapered fluted backplate surmounted by a covered urn hung with laurel swags, the curved candle branches of unequal lengths cast with scrolling acanthus leaves and with fluted drips pans and nozzles.

Condition

The berry finial of one is slightly loose. Minor marks, dents and surface abrasions consistent with age. Minor rubbing to the gilding. In otherwise good condition.
