Description
with a curved padded back, arms and seat, the arm supports ending in blocks applied with gilt-bronze paterae supported on a bearded male mask, on square tapering legs terminating in block feet
Condition
Joints sound and sturdy. Construction cracks at joints commensurate with age as visible from the photo which can easily be filled. Old marks and chips to the veneer and there is a more reddish colour patch to the veneer on the rear right side-rail. In otherwise good condition. An unusual model.
