Description
the moulded cornice above an egg and dart border and cresting centered by a female mask hung with laurel leaf swags, with green marble inset panelled borders
Condition
There are some minor restored cracks in the marble border, but these have been well executed and are hardly noticeable. Very attractive detail to carving. Some later strengthening at the back. In overall good conserved condition.
