with an associated  rouge griotte marble top above a pierced frieze carved with egg-and-dart band above scrolling flowers and foliage with a patera above each leg suspending floral swags, on stop-fluted acanthus leaf carved tapering legs joined by an x-form stretcher carved with lunettes centred by a neo-classical flaming urn, on elongated baluster and toupie feet

Old minor marks chips and scratches to the marble top especially along the rear edge. Gilding worn in parts as visible from the catalogue illustration. Old minor restorations to carving especially the swags. Feet later. Some hairline cracks generally which are quite normal and commensurate with age. In overall good conserved condition.
