Condition

Overall restored condition; reduced in height and formerly with a further plinth to the bases; variations to carving; top re-veneered, probably formerly with urns; the first with some age cracks to top and showing the dovetails beneath; age cracks to side panels; door panel with shrinkage to veneer with small age cracks and patches; the plinth base later; the other with age cracks to top and showing dove tails beneath; age cracks to side panels; shelves later; small holes to backside of door; the front door panel with minor age cracks and patches; the plinth base later; drawer linings possibly replaced; overall each with small chips and wear to carving and with old marks, scratches, scuffs and bruises.
