Description

  • 60cm. high, the top 26.5cm. wide; 1ft. 11½ in., 10½ in.
the octagonal top with a solid bead-moulded gallery, the fluted turned tapering stem above an egg and dart carved and moulded collar with acanthus carved cabriole legs ending in pad feet

Condition

Good overall condition. Very minor characteristic age cracks to top. Minor cup ring marks to top. Very good colour and patina. Thread to top fixing packed out with canvas wadding to ensure tight fit. Minor old marks and scratches consistent with age. Lovely proportions and restrained style.
