Description
- 225cm. high, 178cm. wide, 57cm. deep; 7ft. 4½ in., 5ft. 10in. 1ft. 10½ in.
the dentilled cornice above two pairs of glazed panelled doors with lancet shaped astragals enclosing adjustable shelves, the projecting lower part with a central pair of doors panelled to simulate a pair of frieze drawers with doors below, the sides with a further pair of bead-panelled cupboard doors, all enclosing adjustable shelves, on a moulded plinth, the interior of the upper section now lined with pale blue watered silk fabric
Condition
Good overall condition. General characteristic minor age cracks to veneers. Minor restoration to left hand corner of cornice. Age crack to right side of projecting top about 33cm. long. However this is not particularly noticeable and is not recent. It also appears to be stable. Re-finished surface. Minor old marks, scratches and bruising consistent with age. Minor warping to left door of lower section. Good colour and patina. Well figured veneers. Timber slightly darker to right side. Attractive small size. Pretty glazing bars. Glazing basically original.
