Description

  • crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue
  • 15cm., 6in. and 16.4cm., 6½in.

modelled by J.J. Kaendler, facing to the left and right, their black bodies with white speckled markings, purple and grey necks and red wattles and combs, with large white patches to their abdomens, each perched astride a tree stump, one with leafy branches, the other with turquoise reeds (some restoration)

Condition

one with restoration to five leaves, the other with restoration to all reeds, possibly some re-touching to the black
