Description

  • crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue
  • 25cm., 9¾in.
modelled by J.J. Kaendler, perched on a tree stump preening its wing, the plumage picked out in shades of black, brown and iron-red, the tips of the wings and tail feathers in yellow, the tree stump applied with leafy branches and a beetle (restoration)
