Description

  • each 85.5cm. high, 33¾ in.
each in the kneeling position with fruit in their hand, the female glancing skywards, the male with his head in his hands on  a rectagular base

Condition

Old marks, chips and cracks commensurate with age as visible from the catalogue illustration. Old restorations and minor replacements. There is a yellow stain on the free hand of the female satyr. Well carved and would make unusual supports for a coffee table. In overall good restored condition.
